Senior UX Designer
This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

As a Senior UX Designer, you will support the team in increasing customer acquisition and retention, generate engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns, and foster recognition of loyalty benefits. On the Creative Design team reporting to Senior Manager, UX Design, you will work on projects including Hilton digital initiatives, Web Shop experience and innovation, Hilton for Business, & Luxury & Lifestyle websites and applications, Hilton Honors design interface, Brand and other global digital experiences.

YOU HAVE THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Three (3) years of work experience in interface design, product design, digital design, or similar fields
• Experience in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies
• Travel 10%
• Hybrid work schedule based in McLean, VA (3 days per week in office)
