Senior UX Designer – Hybrid Assignment 🎨✨ 📍 Södertälje, Stockholm | 🏡 Hybrid | 🕒 Full-time (100%) We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join an exciting assignment where you will collaborate with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders across the organization. You will be part of a dedicated home team with skilled developers and a Product Owner, while also working cross-functionally with other developers, UX designers, POs and business owners. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys combining user insights with structured design work and thrives in a fast-moving environment. 🚀 About the assignment 💼 In this role, you will conduct user research through interviews, usability testing and data analysis, turning insights into wireframes and prototypes built around real customer needs. You will work closely with Product Owners and developers to shape and refine design ideas, create user journeys and flows, and build personas to support development. You will also apply the design system to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience across products. The role requires a strong ability to adapt quickly, take feedback onboard and iterate designs effectively.
