JOB SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional digital experiences for users. Your primary focus will be on driving and delivering the user-centered design process, from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping and testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, advocating for users and applying your expertise to deliver intuitive, innovative, and impactful products that meet user needs and align with our clients’ vision and goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in UX design.
• Degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc.), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or equivalent certification (e.g. HFI, UX Design Institute, IDF) advantageous.
• Proficient with industry standard design tools (Figma, Axure).
• Proficient in business English (communicating, presenting, writing, compiling presentations in English).
• Presentation skills: You must have the ability to clearly and concisely present your work and articulate your rationale supporting your decisions and direction.
• A portfolio that effectively reflects your UX experience and clearly demonstrates your work and process (Please indicate your specific roles and contributions for each project submitted as part of the portfolio).
• Technical experience / knowledge advantageous such as HTML, JavaScript & CSS

• Research and Analysis:
• Conduct research and analysis of competitors, platforms, systems, apps and services etc.
• Create personas, user stories and user journeys through user research and data analysis.
• Analyse the usability and experience of new and existing products and provide constructive suggestions that can be applied to the client’s product or service.
• Design and Prototyping:
• Work alongside other UX Designers, Strategists, UI Designers, Developers and Copywriters to ensure we create exceptional user experiences.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology, and find creative ways to solve complex UX problems.
• Develop task flows, Information Architectures (IA) and navigation structures.
• Create wireframes & interactive prototypes.
• Note: High fidelity UI designs are not a requirement for a UX designer.
• User Testing and Validation:
• Conduct user testing and gather, analyse and present feedback and recommendations.
• Be comfortable facilitating workshops and interviews to identify focus areas for our clients and their customers, with the support of your UX Lead.
• Packaging and Presentation:
• Packaging and presenting research, designs, UX recommendations, strategies, etc. to stakeholders, with the support of your UX Lead.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Regular check-ins with your UX Lead and team.
• Attend and participate in global UX meetups.

• Stay up to date with UX trends, tools and methodologies and continuous up-skilling.
