JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re searching for a passionate and talented Senior UX Designer to join our team and reimagine how users interact with their health data. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing an intuitive and engaging app that empowers users to take control of their health.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong UX background with 5+ years of experience in designing digital products, preferably in the health, fitness, or wearable technology space.
  • A genuine passion for health and well-being, and an understanding of how technology can empower individuals in their health journey.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creating engaging data visualizations that simplify complex information and provide meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency with Figma
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
  • A portfolio showcasing your creative problem-solving skills, strong UX design process, and impactful designs.
Responsibilities
  • Translate complex health data into clear, compelling, and engaging data visualizations that are easily understandable and actionable for users.
  • Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for various features and functionalities.
  • Champion user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and evolving product goals.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define user stories, requirements, and design specifications.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
