What are you going to do?

As a senior UX designer, you are responsible for designing the integrated and uniform user experience of the Basic Identity Verification System (BVID). This application is used by various types of end users, both by the police and chain partners. It is your task to gather user needs and thoroughly map out the user journeys. Based on this, you design user interfaces for a pleasant and optimal user experience. Finally, you validate this with end users based on usability testing.

Based on the 3 UX disciplines, you will do the following:

Service Design

• Developing personas, user journeys, or service blueprints;
• Developing solution approaches and wireframes.

Product Design

• Designing low/high-fidelity prototypes;
• Applying WCAG standards for accessible solutions;
• Contribute to the application and development of the Design System.

UX Research

• Gathering user needs through qualitative and quantitative research;
• Validating developed prototypes with the users and stakeholders.
