About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, effective digital experiences from discovery to launch. You’ll partner with Product and Engineering to understand user needs, solve complex problems, validate ideas, and deliver measurable outcomes.

You don’t just produce screens. You own problems, make sound design decisions, influence product direction, collaborate through implementation, and measure success through user and business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end UX, from discovery and user flows to prototyping, testing, and delivery.
• Turn complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.
• Use research, data, and customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Create and test prototypes to validate ideas quickly.
• Contribute to design systems and accessible, consistent experiences.
• Use AI and emerging tools to accelerate exploration and prototyping.
• Communicate design rationale and influence product decisions.
• Mentor designers and raise the quality of design across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of UX/Product Design experience or equivalent senior-level expertise.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped products, design thinking, and impact.
• Excellent UX, interaction, visual design, and prototyping skills.
• Strong Figma and design systems experience.
• Experience with user research, accessibility, and product analytics.
• Ability to use AI-assisted design and prototyping tools effectively.
• Understanding of front-end development, such as HTML/CSS or coded prototyping.
• Experience solving complex B2B, enterprise, or similar product challenges.
• Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make trade-offs, influence stakeholders, and communicate clearly.
• Arabic/English and RTL design experience where relevant to the product.
