JOB SCOPE

• Leading discussions, driving exploratory and evaluating user research activities such as user interviews, cocreating workshops, usability testing and translating of research insights into actionable recommendations
• Consulting with stakeholders to understand their goals and challenges
• Creating and rapidly iterating concepts through design exploration, ideation and evaluation
• Aligning the execution of design with stakeholders to ensure design quality and product usability
• Working closely with the development teams to ensure design specs are implemented
• Aligning or contributing to the design systemBuilding design capabilities amongst team members, through collaboration, storytelling, and digital evangelism
