ABOUT HEREWITH
At Herewith we’re changing how people access care. Our platform allows seniors and their families to find, hire, and manage background-checked local Helpers for everyday support at home. We cut out the agencies and middlemen traditionally associated with caregiving, saving families money while increasing pay for Helpers.
As well as supporting the current product. We’re beginning to partner with Healthcare Providers to utilize the Helpers on our platform to provide non-medical support to their patients. To build out our B2B service, we’re looking for an experienced UX designer who can turn ambiguity, complex requirements, and stakeholder feedback into clear, intuitive, and compliant products that will drive the next generation of our business.

We’re looking for support in two areas. Identifying and improving the current product, and defining our first B2B service offering. You’ll be working alongside our team to turn customer feedback, partner requirements, and user analytics into intuitive, accessible, well structured wireframes and user journeys. You’ll work with our small product team (Head of Design, Product Manager, Copywriter, and our Engineers) to deliver measurable, high quality features and improvements to our service.
Because we design tools for people at one of the most vulnerable points in their lives, our team places a high value on respect, inclusivity, emotional sensitivity, and collaboration. Plus, like all startups there’s plenty of opportunities to contribute across the business if you choose. But with that said we expect you to get your tasks done and to be proactive with the team if you have any questions! What You’ll Do
