This role will create a clear, engaging, customer-centric user experience to help users to find what they're looking for and easily complete the desired action. The Senior UX Designer will play a major role in delivering high-performing websites and coordinating the implementation of solutions that ensure the best user experience. What will you do: Improve and continuously maintain UX standards and processes in collaboration with other UX members Work directly with multiple stakeholders to specify and track implementation to ensure the best user experience Identify UX quality issues and negotiate the appropriate UX solutions within a cross-functional team Share knowledge openly in the team, mentor designers and undertake a peer review of work Experienced in working with software developers and design handoff requirements Ability to work with and coordinate cross-functional project
