Description
We're seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the UX design of our next-generation Agentic AI features within the WorkSpan platform. You'll pioneer how enterprise users interact with AI agents that autonomously manage partner relationships, optimize workflows, and drive ecosystem intelligence. This role demands both exceptional UX craft and deep understanding of AI-human interaction paradigms. Core Responsibilities AI-Driven Design Leadership -Design intuitive interfaces for AI agents that handle complex partner ecosystem tasks autonomously -Create trust and control mechanisms that allow users to understand, guide, and intervene in AI decision- making processes -Develop conversation and prompt design patterns for multi-modal AI interactions (text, voice, visual) -Design transparency features that communicate AI reasoning, confidence levels, and decision paths to enterprise users Project Ownership -Oversee end-to-end design quality for AI-enhanced features, ensuring consistency across autonomous anduser-controlled experiences -Champion AI-appropriate UX principles to stakeholders, translating between ML capabilities and user needs -Balance AI autonomy with user control requirements in enterprise partner management contexts Design adaptive interfaces that accommodate users from AI novices to power users Research & Strategy -Lead discovery research to understand how users conceptualize and trust AI agents in B2B contexts -Conduct studies on AI error recovery patterns and trust calibration in partner ecosystem management -Develop information architecture for AI-augmented workflows that seamlessly blend automated and manual processes -Create frameworks for ethical AI design, addressing bias mitigation and responsible automation in partner relationships Design Execution -Create wireframes and prototypes for conversational AI interfaces, agent dashboards, and intervention points -Design data visualizations that represent AI performance, decision trees, and partner ecosystem insights -Develop AI status indicators, confidence displays, and explainability features within our design system -Craft interfaces for prompt engineering and AI configuration that non-technical users can master Collaboration & Implementation -Partner with ML engineers and data scientists to understand model capabilities and constraints -Translate technical AI limitations into user-friendly design patterns and guardrails -Create comprehensive documentation for AI interaction patterns and conversation flows -Guide engineering teams on implementing trust-building features and feedback mechanisms Qualifications Required Experience and Education -5+ years of professional UX design experience, with at least 2 years designing AI/ML-powered products -Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field;
