MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
  • Experience with visual design in product or UX design environments.
  • Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes.
  • Experience implementing visual design systems across platforms in an iterative software development environment, applying design tools.
  • Experience with B2B or enterprise software, including systems thinking, data mapping, and creating cohesive user flows across interconnected products, along with ability to design solutions for data-heavy workflows and understand privacy and compliance regulations.

  • Develop system maps, user journeys, conceptual models, mockups, and prototypes to communicate, test, and evolve design ideas.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and impact for the team and partners. Lead holistic thinking across products and platforms.
  • Refine and evolve processes, methods and tools.
