We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior UX Leader to transform the end-to-end experience for financial advisors across Kestra’s proprietary and third-party platforms. This leader will elevate the design practice and reimagine how advisors interact with our technology, with a strong focus on usability, visual clarity, and streamlined workflows. The role will drive improvements in information architecture, reduce user friction, and influence product decisions through user insights.
This is a critical hire for us as we seek to unify the advisor experience across homegrown platforms and tools like Salesforce, eMoney, and other integrated systems. You will partner deeply with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to bring the voice of the advisor and end user into every phase of design and development.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 3 years managing design teams
  • Proven success designing for complex enterprise platforms, ideally in financial services or B2B environments
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking, interaction design, and usability improvements
  • Deep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and accessibility standards
  • Experience with tools such as Figma, UX research platforms, journey mapping, and design collaboration tools
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in the wealth management, fintech, or financial services industry
  • Familiarity with integrated advisor platforms such as Salesforce, eMoney, Redtail, or Orion
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA) impacting design
