Responsibilities
  • Lead the UX design process for our internal enterprise software, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing.
  • You will work within our product teams along with a Product Manager, UX Research, and developers to carry out discovery, design, and delivery for our internal digital products. This includes interfaces and processes used by our operational and other internal teams.
  • You will contribute to our product roadmap decisions by balancing our company vision and business objectives against internal user and stakeholder requirements, including a wide variety of internal teams throughout this process.
  • You will create designs that increase the value to our internal users and our business, based on data and built in collaboration with the product teams, being hands-on with the research team when it comes to usability testing.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior UX designers and other team members.
  • Promote a culture of design excellence and innovation within the product team and the organisation by applying design thinking methodologies to understand internal user problems, identify opportunities, and propose innovative solutions based on user-centered design principles.
  • You will contribute to the development and maintenance of a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across internal digital products including comprehensive design documentation.
