• design and deliver research activities to explore opportunities, in a complex B2B environment
• develop service blueprints and user journey maps to surface and define transformation opportunities
• develop the centralized Research Hub as an enterprise asset, across divisions and disciplines
• collaborate with stakeholders to absorb and shape Citco’s enterprise UX strategy, including Product Management, CX, engineering and Marketing
• advocate for usability, design and innovation within the organization
• mentor and guide Designers and other participants in research practice
