  • Academic Background. You hold a degree in Psychology, Human Factors, Human Computer Interaction, Behavioral Economics, Design or a related field.
  • Operations Pro. You know how to improve and maintain the efficiency of the discipline, including processes, documentation, training, and tools, as well as supporting the delivery of research carried out by other Product Designers, ensuring a high quality standard.
  • Research Credentials. Your full range knowledge of research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative, attitudinal and behavioral, generative and evaluative) allows you to identify opportunities and value drivers.
  • Language Skills. You are proficient in both English and German.
  • Design Savvy. You have a firm grasp on the design process and know how research is appropriately integrated in initial phases. Experience in 0 to 1 product development is a plus!
  • Agility. You’re familiar with agile product development and feel confident balancing multiple projects at the same time.
  • Expert Communicator. You get your point across clearly and can tailor your message to the respective audience.
  • Naturally Curious. You have a deep curiosity for and understanding of people, their motivations and socio-cultural trends.

Responsibilities:

As our new & sole UX Researcher, you’ll play a key role in various strategic projects. You’ll spar with stakeholders from Leadership, Product Management and Design to draw the right conclusions, informing business-critical decisions. With a strong insight into qual and quan data, you’ll ensure a holistic understanding of our user’s needs that steer our direction as a company.
Alongside a team of Product specialists, you’ll keep improving our research capabilities and onboard others into your craft.
