Responsibilities

As a Senior UX Researcher at Innovaccer, you will operate as a highly autonomous research leader, driving initiatives, identifying opportunities, and turning insights into action. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a self-directed environment, defining their own success criteria while solving complex, high-impact research problems. You’ll shape and define long-term research strategies aligning business goals and customer needs, and lead initiatives for multiple product areas.
You will take on high-profile, complex research projects that elevate our understanding of user behavior, pushing teams to refine product strategies based on deep qualitative insights. You’ll work with executives and leadership teams to align research priorities with broader business objectives, ensuring research supports company-wide goals. You’ll partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to ensure research strategy aligns with broader market opportunities and ultimately influence product decisions.
In this role, you’ll stay at the forefront of emerging research methodologies related to AI and machine learning to drive innovation. Additionally, you’ll cultivate a culture of research excellence, mentoring teams, and sharing a vision that enhances both product quality and organizational development.
