JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented User Experience Researcher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors through various research methodologies, contributing to the design and development of engaging digital experiences. This role requires a strong background in user research, interaction design, and front-end development, with a focus on creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our e-commerce platforms and mobile applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead end-to-end UX research using mixed methods (qualitative and quantitative).
  • Develop research roadmaps, documentation, and repositories to scale insights across teams.
  • Conduct literature reviews and create theory-informed briefs to guide product decisions.
  • Define success and guardrail metrics; perform power analyses, randomization, and statistical testing (e.g., t-tests, regression, ANOVA).
  • Use tools like SQL, Python, or R to clean, model, and visualize experimental data.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
  • Present findings through compelling storytelling tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Facilitate workshops using service design principles to align stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape strategic roadmaps.
  • Stay current with research and development tools, behavioral science, and experimentation best practices.

Qualifications
