Responsibilities

WHAT’S THIS ROLE ALL ABOUT?

At Wiser, we build world-class careers sites and intranets for clients across a variety of industries, including consumer, fashion, media, and travel. Our Product Team is made up of Product Designers, Developers, and Product Operations specialists, all working as a highly collaborative, agile team.
We’re looking for an experienced mid to senior-level UX/UI Designer to join us on a 3-month contract in our London office. The role will support our Product Design Team to audit and design career sites for a series of upcoming global projects.

WHAT WILL YOU SPEND YOUR TIME DOING?

  • Conducting comprehensive UX audits to assess user behaviour, identify usability issues, and evaluate the effectiveness of our clients’ existing websites.
  • Translating insights into tangible design outputs, through sitemaps and high-fidelity wireframes.
  • Owning the end-to-end UI design process, from concept development to delivery and iteration, ensuring all outputs fit the client’s branding and brief and meet the highest standard.
  • Presenting design concepts and research findings to internal teams and clients, articulating design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Design Team, driving creative solutions and setting the standard for scalable visual systems.
  • Reviewing implemented work against designs and providing clear feedback to our Product Developers to ensure outputs align with design quality.
  • Championing accessibility and inclusivity in every aspect of design, exceeding compliance standards and delivering experiences that resonate with all users.
