Get ready to Take full ownership of the end-to-end user journey across web and mobile funnels, from first touchpoint to conversion and retention Design intuitive, data-driven interfaces that maximize funnel performance and engagement Collaborate closely with development teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready design formats efficiently Plan and execute UX/UI and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tests to validate design hypotheses and unlock new growth opportunities Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries that ensure visual and functional consistency across all platforms Analyze user behavior and conversion data to continuously refine and optimize the funnel experience Champion a user-first mindset, balancing creativity with measurable business impact We expect you to Have 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong focus on native apps and web funnels Be skilled in designing and optimizing digital funnels for conversion and retention Have hands-on experience collaborating with developers to ensure smooth design-to-dev handoff and implementation Be comfortable with user testing, and iterative design processes Demonstrate strong visual design skills and a deep understanding of user behavior, accessibility, and usability principles Be proficient in Figma (required), with additional experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or similar tools Understand iOS and Android platform guidelines (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) Be fluent in English and Lithuanian Salary Gross salary range is 3900 - 5500 EUR/month. Location Vilnius, Lithuania : 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
