REQUIREMENTS

• A degree or training in the field of interaction design, information design, communication design or similar and have several years of experience as a user interface and user experience designer for digital products.
• You have relevant experience in working with design guidelines, pattern libraries and the application of human interface/material design guidelines.
• Strong background in user research and usability testing, with the ability to translate insights into effective user flows and design elements.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and other design and wireframe tools, with a keen eye for detail and consistency across design elements.
• You work creatively, structured and independently and are not afraid to question ideas and concepts to achieve the best result considering a holistic user experience.
• Familiarity with UX principles and accessibility standards, staying up-to-date on UX/UI trends and practices that improve the user experience.
• Collaborative and open to giving and receiving feedback, with a proactive approach to bringing user insights into every stage of the design process.
• Fluency in both German and English, comfortable conducting and presenting in English when required.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform user flows, wireframes, and overall design decisions, ensuring solutions are driven by genuine user needs.
• Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, translating research insights and user feedback into thoughtful, cohesive designs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in the design language across platforms and products, balancing visual appeal with usability.
• Develop interaction concepts and contribute to information architecture planning, ensuring a seamless user journey that meets conversion and usability standards.
• Spar with other UI/UX Designers in the team and stakeholders to develop and refine rough and fine concepts.
