You’ll be using your technical skills to problem solve with our clients, as well as working on internal projects Hybrid working with the team on client site or in our office a minimum of two days per week. A Visionary Practitioner: You are a pragmatic Senior UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of delivering successful services for private and public sector clients. A Client Partner: You have experience in a client-facing role (agency or consultancy) where you’ve built strong relationships and owned outcomes. A Mentor: You have a collaborative, empathetic leadership style, focused on developing others and harnessing a culture of excellence. An Experimenter: You don't just follow trends. You’re already experimenting with AI and emerging tech, using new tools and exploring generative design to spark innovation. Versatile: You are comfortable working across all our industries, from Defence & Security to Health & Life Sciences. Gov-Ready: Experience with the UK Government Service Standard is a bonus. Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance. All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
