Experience in a client facing role, either with an agency or consultancy, where you have built strong client relationships and owned assignment outcomes. Experience of leading proposals. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise data, research, and insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Experience leading cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across disciplines and delivering high-quality outcomes. A collaborative and empathetic leadership style, with a focus on mentoring, developing others, creating inclusive environments within teams and harnessing a culture of excellence. Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify new opportunities, contribute to business development, and build PA’s reputation as a leader in product management and service design Please be aware that some of our UK roles at PA Consulting require a UK security clearance. All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
