Duties:

• Design wireframes and prototypes.
• Translate concepts into low to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes that align to system standards.
• Rapidly iterate and validate solutions, gather feedback and refine.
• Define and document interaction models, visual principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and UX best practices to ensure cohesive user experiences.
• Facilitate co‑design workshops to generate and iterate ideas with various stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews, and confirming or reporting on results.
• Design experience working with Accessibility requirements and designing to meet WCAG guidelines.
• Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently, and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing mobile applications and web portals.
• Experience using Figma to design user flows, wireframes, prototypes.
