Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and update of the Company’s business plan financial model, coordinating and collecting inputs from relevant departments Prepare management and shareholder reports, as well as ad hoc analyses and presentations Support the semi-annual update of lenders’ financial model with respect to Company’s existing loans, in line with bank requirements Perform financial valuations of the Company’s existing and pipeline assets, supporting all steps required for final presentation to the Investment Committee and/or shareholders for approval, evaluating and analyzing alternative financing structures for greenfield and refinancing projects Develop, review, and maintain financial models (3-statement models, scenario, and sensitivity analyses) to support valuation and decision making Assist in securing bank financing for new development and acquisition projects through project finance, financial modeling, and coordination with banks Excellent academic records from a top-tier university with background in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines Postgraduate Degree and/or professional qualification such as CFA, ACCA, etc. would be an asset Three (3) to six (6) years of experience in one or more of the following areas: investment banking, corporate finance / valuations, corporate banking, private equity, financial planning and analysis positions Prior experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms would be considered a strong asset Advanced analytical skills with solid financial valuation and modelling track record (DCF models, etc.) Advanced MS Office user with solid Excel experience (spreadsheet connectivity, automation, etc.).
