URBIS, SHAPING FUTURES YOUR WAY!

The Opportunity:
We are looking for a proactive Senior Valuer to join our expanding Valuations team in Brisbane.
As a Senior Valuer you will take an active role in the commercial valuation team with a focus on `Going Concern’ hospitality assets including hotels, taverns and clubs, as well as assisting with a diverse range of commercial and retail valuations and rental assessments as required. This position involves supervising junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
Prior experience and knowledge in Forbury and Estate Master valuation models is essential for this role, in addition to excellent report writing skills, effective communication and networking skills. Having knowledge of profit and loss accounts, DCF, and capitalisation models is highly regarded.
Although prior experience in the retail and mixed commercial sector is advantageous, we also welcome valuers with a robust working knowledge of different sectors and would provide the right candidate with necessary training in this field.
This role is also available as a part-time position.
