About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Vehicle Technician to join a well-established independent garage in Wallingford with over 40 years of trusted service. Known for its outstanding reputation and loyal customer base, the garage handles everything from MOTs and routine servicing to complex diagnostics and engine repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
• Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems
• Handle advanced repairs including cambelts, clutches, and engine work
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
• MOT testing (if qualified – desirable but not essential)

What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician
• Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Proven track record of progression in the automotive trade
• MOT testing certification is a plus, but not required
• A proactive attitude and commitment to high-quality work
