SENIOR VENTURE ARCHITECT (F/M/D)

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Venture Architect to join our team of go-getters.

As a Senior Venture Architect, you will play a key role in managing project goals, guiding and mentoring a small team of Venture Analysts and Architects to deliver high-quality result, identifying opportunities for follow-on projects, and contributing to sales and business development efforts.
What you will be doing
Take ownership of projects or specific workstreams, ensuring their successful delivery.
Act as a mentor for junior team members, providing guidance and fostering their growth.
Proactively manage project goals and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with client expectations.
Identify opportunities for follow-on projects and contribute to developing innovative solutions.
Actively support sales activities, including engaging in sparring sessions with Partners to generate new business opportunities.
What you need to be successful in the role
5+ years of experience in venture development, innovation, or strategy consulting, with a demonstrated ability to create and execute impactful strategies.
Experience as a project lead, with responsibility for the quality and coordination of workstreams.
Strong skills in project management, stakeholder collaboration, and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
Broad expertise in innovation and venture development, with in-depth knowledge of 1–2 focus industries or topics that enable meaningful discussions with clients.
Fluency in German and English
