We empower scientists to commercialize technologies, support deep tech startups to scale internationally and connect leading research organizations to connect with the startup and innovation ecosystem effectively. DEEP runs dedicated programs in Healthcare, Natural Capital, Compute and Cyber Security - fields where building strong, resilient founding teams is critical to success.
Currently we are looking for a

YOU ARE QUALIFIED BECAUSE YOU

• thrive in startup-like environments where “building” is more important than “managing”, “executing” beats “conceptualizing” and uncertainty might surround you,
• have a track record at the intersection of entrepreneurship / innovation and high-performance computing / quantum computing / artificial intelligence / or similar,
• have initial experience in managing teams,
• are familiar with the operations of startup accelerators, incubators, mentoring programs and alike,
• have managed complex stakeholder environments through strong service orientation and very good communication skills,
• are well-organized, able to multi-task, and meet deadlines while paying attention to details,
• are fluent in spoken and written English,
• are flexible regarding working hours and able to stay calm in stressful situations.
