YOUR NEW ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

At Leidos Australia, our Matrix Engineering Team is a hub of technical excellence, supporting mission-critical programs across Defence, Intelligence, and Federal Government portfolios.
We are seeking an experienced Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of complex systems in secure environments.

As a Senior V&V Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and implement V&V frameworks, plans, and procedures to ensure compliance with Defence and Federal standards.
  • Analyse customer needs and convert them into robust system test strategies.
  • Coordinate and execute V&V activities across system and component levels for mission-critical applications.
  • Conduct defect analysis, troubleshoot issues, and deliver comprehensive test reports.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align testing activities with project objectives and goals.
