Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project. Facilitates and conducts trainings and workshops at lines of business and enterprise level. Contributes to the achievement of related area objectives. Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties. Experience successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
