Description

Designs, proposes and facilitates implementation of long-term strategy across the entire organization before the pilot project. Work with agile delivery practitioners (engineering, product, operations, design) to ensure optimal agile planning and delivery: Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred. Experience in providing agile guidance (strategic advice, and hands-on guides) to senior stakeholders required. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with typical agile work management tools (e.g., Jira or equivalent). Understands company organizational model, company structure, and Agile journey history. Effective facilitation and teaching methods. Coaching and mentoring approaches, including the distinction between the two. Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience successfully running agile delivery of varying size and complexity.
