We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Associate Relationship Manager to join our Office of Regulatory Relationship and Remediation team. This role is located in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA. The ideal candidate is strategic, collaborative and creative with a record of successfully executing on priorities and building relationships. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with BNY colleagues across all three lines of defense, as well as with senior supervisory regulators at the OCC and Federal Reserve. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support interactions with prudential regulatory agencies for a subset of a broader portfolio, under direction of a Regulatory Relationship Manager. Support BNY's strategy for regulatory communications by leading the development of clear, consistent, and connected narratives. Cultivate collaborative relationships with senior business stakeholders to support activities and provide technical challenge and guidance. Lead internal stakeholders in delivering timely and effective responses. Coordinate the end-to-end processes for regulatory exams, requests, and meetings through effective project management and oversee overall meeting logistics. Lead complex projects from end to end exhibiting ownership and confidence under pressure. Develop team capabilities; mentor others in regulatory judgment, tone, and cross-stakeholder influence. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of work experience required. 7-10 years of related experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred, particularly within a Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, or Controls role. Excellent writing, presentation development, editing, and project management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and within tight deadlines. Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to build consensus with the ability to independently execute tasks and deliver results. Sound judgment and exceptional organizational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage many competing priorities and responsibilities. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
