We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Client Enablement Manager to join our Asset Servicing Controls team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Collaborate with cross-functional Asset Servicing teams to interpret commercial and regulatory needs and translate them into actionable, sustainable controls. Serve as subject matter expert on controls and governance, advising both leadership and key stakeholders on risks and mitigation, and reporting on progress. Drive continuous process improvement in governance by monitoring business developments and integrating best practices into our existing frameworks. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Proven track record of successfully leading delivery of complex projects, including regulatory change initiatives, within banking or financial institutions. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Compliance background and/or experience with assigned products, services or business lines/areas and pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred 7 - 10years experience is preferred Excellent analytical, communication and management capabilities, with a results-oriented and execution-focused mindset.
