Position Summary * AML Officer for BNY’s Bank Custody Solutions business and FCC Advisor to BNY Wealth (BNY Mellon N.A.) * Works as a senior member of BNY’s FCC Advisory Team that supports Wealth, Broker-Dealers, Markets and Investments related platforms, legal entities, and businesses. * Plays a critical role within the Risk & Regulatory Compliance function and the Compliance & Control job family * Helps ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations * Aligns with BNY’s strategic focus on trust, integrity, accountability, and transparency * Requires a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements Primary Responsibilities * Develops and implements compliance policies and procedures using extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements * Helps business units address complex regulatory and policy requirements * Leads assigned businesses in developing procedures for current and upcoming requirements * Maintains relationships with regulators and senior business leaders * Monitors and interprets regulatory changes and advises senior management on implications and policy adjustments Education/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required * 10–12 years of total work experience preferred * Experience with financial crimes compliance, financial services compliance, assigned products/services/business lines, and relevant laws and regulations preferred At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
