Description

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of total work experience with at least 0-1 years in management preferred. Experience in financial services preferred. Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate resources effectively. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in quantitative finance and technology preferred. Strong skills in SQL, querying, macro development, and familiarity with programming or system configuration to set up sophisticated models or algorithms.
