ABOUT THE JOB

Are you a digital health leader and teacher? Zeno Group is seeking a fearless Senior Vice President to join our growing dynamic Health & Wellness practice. Zeno works with some of the world’s most innovative health companies from biotech to consumer health to associations.
Our Digital work incorporates the full range of integrated media solutions including digital and social media strategy, digital influencer engagement, content creation, community management, and performance reporting. We utilize data-driven platforms to create memorable programs that educate and engage audiences while making the world a healthier place.
This role is based in New York.

REQUIREMENTS:



    • 10+ years of digital communications experience on health accounts at a communications agency.

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • Experience creating and/or overseeing social media content strategy, channel strategy and overall digital ecosystem management.
    • Expert grasp of social media platforms such including Meta, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok and Threads.
    • Ability to teach and guide the growth of colleagues.
    • Knowledge of the health industry and its regulatory environment.
    • Multi-task, meet deadlines and handle the changing needs of clients.
    • Strong writing and analytical skills, with an ability to translate research and data into insights.
    • Track record of creative thinking and effective execution in digital and social media, and translating results into clear progress against goals for clients.
    • Understand integrated marketing directed toward key audiences including patients, HCPs, advocates, investors, etc.
      $185,000 - $236,000 a year

    AN EMPLOYEE’S PAY POSITION WITHIN THE SALARY RANGE WILL BE BASED ON SEVERAL FACTORS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RELEVANT EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, SENIORITY, GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION, PERFORMANCE, TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS, REVENUE-BASED METRICS, ANY CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS, AND BUSINESS OR ORGANIZATIONAL NEEDS.     Responsibilities


      • Demonstrate excellence in digital and social media strategy including content strategy, user experience within the digital ecosystem, paid media oversight and measurement strategy.

      • Leadership role within the digital health and wellness team and broader health & wellness practice.
      • Lead digital strategy and execution across major health & wellness clients.
      • Help to educate colleagues and clients about digital and social innovations in the health & wellness space.
      • Manage digital and social initiatives on behalf of healthcare brands.
      • Partner and collaborate with account, paid, influencer, creative and analytics specialists, and client counterparts.
      • Manage junior team members and provide needed oversight on day-to-day execution.
      • Demonstrate strong client management and relationship skills.
