Base Salary: $170,000–$250,000* + Variable Compensation + Equity *Actual base salary is dependent on experience and geographic location. **This is a fully remote U.S.-based position. The Senior Vice President Distribution is a key position which provides leadership to the organization and develops strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth to accomplish core financial objectives. This role is responsible for overseeing goal-setting processes for all levels of distribution and uses data and technology to measure key performance indicators, renewal processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Experience Needed 15+ years of Commercial Lines sales and Marketing experience Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, specifically knows E&O, Cyber, BOP, GL, WC and other specialty lines insurance Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, MBA preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience Reputation for being a strong mentor, developer and attractor of talent. Creates an open and transparent environment in which diverse experience, skill-sets and individuals can team together to drive optimal outcomes Ability to perform at a high level in a remote work environment Ability to work cross culturally on a global team Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk and working on a computer Job Duties Manage and maximize revenue, profitability, growth and retention of Embroker’s insurance product distribution Accountable for setting sales quotas and meeting or exceeding sales revenue on a quarterly basis Personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-values sales Identify, negotiate, launch and scale net new channel relationships including embedded APIs and vertically specific co-selling opportunities Create capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors.
