Job Summary Tower Health, headquartered in Reading, Pennsylvania, is seeking a Senior Vice President Finance to provide strategic and transformational leadership. In this impactful role, the SVP Finance will align people, processes, and technology to shape financial operations for long-term success. The SVP Finance: Directs financial planning and financial operations for assigned entities. Develops and maintains positives relationships with key internal and external constituents. Interacts with management and staff in developing strategic plans. Collaborates with Finance and other key departments. Develops and implements financial policies and procedures and ensures compliance. Directs budgeting, audit, tax, accounting, purchasing, long-range forecasting, and insurance activities for assigned areas of responsibility. Evaluates the organization's financial position and issues regular reports on the organization's financial stability, liquidity, and growth. Assures implementation of internal controls and generally accepted accounting procedures. Educates physicians and other selected staff on financial management principles. Supervises the analysis of costs and makes rate recommendations to ensure appropriate income/cash flow. Oversees and directs the preparation and issuance of annual tax and other reports for assigned entities. Prepares and presents financial results to Tower Health executive leadership and to business unit management teams. Qualifications 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare finance is required. Bachelor's Degree required. MBA preferred. An excellent understanding of current generally accepted accounting principles. Excellent employee leadership skills including change management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and systems/tools used for financial management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate across a health system. Exceptional attention to detail. Service-oriented strategic thinker with strong financial and business acumen coupled with excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems independently or collaboratively. Ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment. Project management skills.
