We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Infrastructure Services to join our Corporate Engineering team. This role is located in Pune. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways * SVP, Change Governance is responsible for evolving and modernizing the Technical Change Management (TCM) process through the strategic use of automation, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI).  * This role focuses on reducing manual effort, improving change quality and risk outcomes, and increasing efficiency, consistency, and auditability of change governance across the enterprise to make resiliency commercial for BNY while delivering on Engineering 2.0 aspiration to go from “idea to production in an hour”. * The role partners closely across Engineering (Application Development and Production Services), and in collaboration with risk, audit, and application tooling teams (ServiceNow, Gitlab, etc.) to design, implement, and oversee automated and AI‑enabled software and infrastructure change capabilities (e.g., risk scoring, change quality assessment, approvals, and post‑implementation review).  * This position will also be responsible for ensuring alignment with market leading practices, including: change standards like ITIL 4, evolving regulatory expectations like FFIEC/NIST, and the firm’s internal risk appetite. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:  * Lead the design and adoption of automation and AI‑driven capabilities within the Technical Change Management lifecycle, including:  * Partner with tooling teams (e.g., ServiceNow, Eliza, etc.) to evaluate, pilot, and operationalize AI capabilities such as change summarization, planning assistance, quality scoring, and predictive insights. * Define guardrails and oversight controls to ensure AI‑enabled decisions remain explainable, auditable, and compliant. * Own continuous improvement of the end‑to‑end Technical Change Management process, with a focus on simplification, scalability, and risk‑based decisioning. * ITIL 4 Change Enablement practices * Internal risk frameworks and control requirements * Audit, regulatory, and model risk management expectations * Define and track KPIs and OKRs that demonstrate the value of automation and AI, such as:  * Collaborate with engineering, SRE, production, and change stakeholders to drive adoption of automated and AI‑assisted change workflows. * Translate technical capabilities into clear guidance, training, and playbooks for change requestors, approvers, and CAB participants.   At BNY, our culture allows us to run our company better and enables employees’ growth and success.
