Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred10-12 years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Minimum of 5 years' experience administering and operating video solutions leveraging Cisco UCM, Expressway, Webex, RoomOS, SIP, RTMP and HLS. Foundational knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, DHCP, routing & switching, multicast, firewalls, certificates, encryption, proxy servers and QoS. Exceptional written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence others, gain alignment, and secure support. Willingness to take ownership with a hands-on approach to solve problems. Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, and the ability to work calmly under pressure. Financial or other regulated industry experience preferred. Ability to work non-standard hours as required.
