Key Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

• 8-12+ years of experience in Business Development, Enterprise Sales, or Strategic Partnerships within Insurtech, FinTech, Banking Tech, or Enterprise SaaS/API platforms
• Proven track record of executing enterprise-grade SaaS, API integration, or platform distribution agreements
• Experience working within a multi-country setup, collaborating with regional HQ leadership

Skills & Knowledge

• Insurtech & Banking Tech Acumen: Strong understanding of API-driven integrations, core technology platforms, and embedded finance/insurance models across banking and insurance
• Commercial Expertise: Ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles and build commercial frameworks (revenue-share, per-transaction fee, SaaS licensing)
• Consultative Pitching: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills to influence C-level decisions across financial services and technology sectors
