Translate member, competitive, and behavioral insights into strategic direction, while proactively shaping opportunities across emerging digital and AI trends. ● Brand, Reputation & Activation: Lead and evolve the organization’s brand strategy, ensuring consistent and compelling expression across all channels and touchpoints. Drive initiatives that strengthen brand equity, deepen community connection, and reinforce market differentiation. ● Omnichannel Growth & Digital Experience: Drive full-funnel growth across a diverse mix of digital and traditional channels, optimizing acquisition, engagement, and conversion. Partner across the organization to continuously enhance digital experiences and scale performance through modern marketing capabilities. ● Lifecycle Marketing & Personalization: Own and build lifecycle marketing strategies that deliver personalized, relevant experiences across every stage of the member journey by leveraging data, automation, and AI. Drive increased engagement, retention, and long-term member value through more sophisticated segmentation and orchestration. ● AI, Analytics & MarTech Enablement: Lead the advancement of data, analytics, and marketing technology capabilities, embedding AI and data-driven experimentation into how marketing decisions are made. Build scalable infrastructure that enables real-time engagement, improved attribution, and operational efficiency. ● Measurement & Financial Stewardship: Own marketing performance and investment strategy, establishing clear measurement frameworks and connecting outcomes to enterprise goals.
