We are seeking a marketing professional to help lead our external growth efforts—identifying, engaging, and securing new client partnerships while also supporting the expansion of existing accounts. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing strategist and connector who thrives at the intersection of creative storytelling, relationship building, and business acumen. You know the full suite of marketing services, and how to apply them to clients’ toughest challenges.
You will play a critical role in generating leads, sparking meaningful conversations, and helping us win new business. You’ll be a visible ambassador for our agency, creating and sharing compelling thinking on social platforms, nurturing your industry network, and bringing fresh ideas to the table in early-stage client discussions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a proactive outreach strategy that builds and converts a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Leverage your professional network, social platforms, and industry presence to open doors and generate new opportunities.
  • Lead and participate in early-stage meetings with prospects, offering preliminary strategic thinking and ideas that demonstrate our value and spark interest.
  • Collaborate with and lead internal teams to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, and pitch presentations.
  • Contribute to agency marketing efforts and help FINN gain visibility among client prospects
