We’re expanding and hiring a Sr. Vice President of Business Operations to join our finance team at 41 Montebello Road, Pueblo, CO.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’D BE DOING

Under the supervision of the CFO, the Sr. Vice President of Business Operations will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the company’s business operations. This executive position requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in contract review and management, contract negotiation, managed care contracts, behavioral health regulation and licensing requirements, and post-award grant management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in behavioral health, and demonstrate a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the CFO to align business operations with strategic objectives of the organization, including structure, risk mitigation, and fiscal responsibility.
  • Contract review and management, including oversight of the review, analysis, and management of all company contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and monitor effectiveness of business operations, ensuring continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Lead negotiations for new contracts and renewals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to develop policy and procedures to mitigate risk and maintain compliance
  • Oversee the management of post-award grants, including monitoring compliance, reporting, and financial management
  • Build and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
