Description Position Overview This newly created executive position strengthens enterprise-level leadership and advances operational excellence across PCSC’s six Life Plan Communities. The Senior Vice President of Campus Operations provides strategic oversight and organizational alignment, providing direct supervision to Executive Directors and corporate leadership to elevate resident experience, operational consistency, financial performance, and regulatory readiness. As a key member of the executive leadership team, this role ensures alignment between community operations and enterprise strategy while developing high-performing leaders and driving sustainable results across the organization. This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. Key Leadership Areas: Executive Director Leadership Provide strategic oversight, leadership development, and performance alignment to ensure consistent execution of organizational standards and financial objectives across all communities. Enterprise Operations & Performance Champion operational excellence and measurable results while advancing consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across campuses. Financial & Strategic Alignment Partner with community and corporate leadership to align operational execution with annual budgets, long-term strategy, and growth initiatives. Regulatory Readiness & Risk Management Promote proactive compliance, survey preparedness, and disciplined operational practices that safeguard quality and organizational integrity. Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field) Proven multi-site senior living or healthcare operations leadership Active CRCFA and NHA licenses Strong financial and regulatory acumen Demonstrated ability to lead leaders Willingness to travel statewide Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and work-life balance.
