SUMMARY:

The Senior Vice President of Enterprise Growth is a senior executive responsible for leading CloudWave’s expansion strategy across new and existing healthcare markets. This role assumes end-to-end accountability for developing and executing a scalable, partner-centric enterprise growth model. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, the Vice President will lead channel strategy, market development, and ecosystem alignment to accelerate top-line revenue, support vertical expansion, and strengthen strategic relationships with key hyperscalers, OEMs, ISVs, and healthcare platforms.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience strongly preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 15+ years in healthcare IT, cloud, or cybersecurity with progressive leadership responsibilities.
  • 10+ years of strategic partnership or enterprise growth leadership at a senior or executive level.
  • Proven ability to drive partner-led and direct revenue growth through strategic alliances, co-sell programs, and new market development.

SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Expertise in hyperscaler, OEM, and ISV partnerships within the healthcare technology landscape.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT systems, compliance (HIPAA, NIST, HITECH), and market dynamics.
  • Strong financial and strategic acumen with the ability to develop business cases and forecast partner impact.
  • Executive communication and stakeholder influence with cross-functional leadership alignment.
  • Track record of navigating enterprise sales environments and startup-level growth cultures.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and lead CloudWave’s enterprise growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives, including new market entry, vertical development, and strategic ecosystem expansion.
  • Expand upon and operationalize the strategic partner ecosystem—hyperscalers (Google, AWS), OEMs (Dell), and ISVs—to build joint go-to-market strategies and multi-year business plans
  • Develop and execute product and go-to-market strategies for Epic Hosting Service Line including lead generation for initial clients leading to inaugural client.
  • Oversee governance and executive alignment with named strategic partners to deliver measurable co-sell performance and pipeline influence.
  • Lead and evolve partner-sourced and influenced revenue models, building scalable programs for referral, reseller, technology, and marketplace partners.
  • Provide strategic direction for partner enablement, account mapping, and pipeline acceleration to support sales objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to deliver partner-integrated solutions across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and EHR-agnostic managed services.
  • Represent CloudWave externally in executive strategy sessions, industry conferences, and partner-led innovation forums.
  • Build the foundation for a high-performance growth team, beginning as an individual contributor and transitioning to a team leadership role as growth scales.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Additional duties as determined by the Chief Client Officer and senior executive leadership.
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Initially a solo executive role with the potential to build and lead a team of growth and partnership professionals as organizational needs evolve.
