Title and Summary Senior Vice President, People Business Partner, Services Overview: The Senior Vice President, People Business Partner has primary responsibility for advancing a comprehensive talent strategy, which addresses all aspects of the employee lifecycle and organization design and development, in support of the four business-line strategic goals and performance: Business and Market Insights (B&MI) product group provides organizations with data-powered solutions, insights and advisory services to drive confident decision-making and better outcomes. B&MI solutions are structured into five distinct product areas that empower various customer buying centers to make confident, informed decisions for better outcomes: Advanced Analytics +Trūata; Business Intelligence; Economics & Locations; Operational Insights; Payments Consulting. Consumer Acquisition and Engagement (CAE) product group grows our clients’ business by acquiring new customers for them, driving engagement, and building loyalty. Today’s customers expect seamless, personalized, and frictionless interactions with brands. They expect flexible rewards that can be redeemed across various airlines or merchants, smooth and intuitive experiences throughout their journey, and personalized interactions that make them feel understood and valued. The team consists of a full spectrum of functions ranging from Product, Sales, Engineering, to Operations, Compliance, Risk, Customer delivery and more to work with our partners to drive this vision forward. Developer Experience supports the enterprise. Services Strategy and Operations (S&O) is comprised of 3 teams: o Services Strategy – collaborates with the Services leadership team to define strategies, identify new areas of growth and develop plans to go after new opportunities. o Insights and Enablement – facilitates the execution of our strategy by providing valuable data & insights, enabling Product, Sales and Delivery teams, and identifying and manage risks. o Customer Success – helps to ensure that our external customers are receiving the intended value from our Services. Responsibilities include: • Develop and implement talent strategies and initiatives, and manage people and organization activities across the portfolio. • Manage and perform a wide range of P&C activities including, but not limited to: o Strategic alignment o Leadership development and succession planning o Organization design o Compensation assessment o Talent acquisition o Performance management o Employee relations management (where PBP needed) o Employee coaching • Act as a positive cultural change agent, consultant and business advisor to the leadership team, enabling the execution of their business strategies and initiatives. • Partner with Mastercard’s Centers of Excellence and regional People Business Partners to develop strategies and initiatives designed to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. • Serve as an advocate for employees and develop and implement initiatives designed to enhance employee engagement, development, and productivity. • Partner with Finance to manage the budget and forecasting of expenses related to employees and all other P&C activities.
