We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President to join our POM Product Management- Collateral team. This role is located in Singapore. IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT IN THE FOLLOWING WAYS: * LEADING INITIATIVES TO SUCCESSFULLY MANAGE COMPLEX PRODUCT LIFE CYCLES, FROM DEVELOPMENT THROUGH MARKETING.  * ENSURING COLLABORATION, COMMUNICATION AND ESCALATION. PROVIDES ADVANCED GUIDANCE ON PRODUCT MANAGEMENT PROCESSES AND METHODS TO ENSURE PRODUCTS ARE ALIGNED WITH CLIENT NEEDS.  * REVIEWS FINAL PRODUCTS AND STRATEGIES FOR MAJOR PROJECT INITIATIVES, PROVIDING DIRECTION AS NEEDED.  * WORKS CLOSELY WITH OTHER PRODUCT MANAGERS TO ALIGN TEAM BACKLOGS WITH PROGRAM VISION. PARTICIPATES IN PI PLANNING AND OTHER PROGRAM LEVEL CEREMONIES.  * ABILITY TO INFLUENCE, PERSUADE AND COLLABORATE WITH STAKEHOLDERS, INCLUDING CUSTOMERS WITHOUT AUTHORITY  * CONTRIBUTES TO THE ACHIEVEMENT OF TEAM OBJECTIVES. * Participates in industry-level advocacy to help drive market-wide infrastructure and regulatory change, working closely with internal and external stakeholders TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE’RE SEEKING THE FOLLOWING: * Bachelor's degree in business management or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.  * 10+ years of related experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. * Demonstrated understanding of institutional client needs in APAC * Proven ability to build credibility with senior client stakeholders and to manage complex, cross-functional internal coordination in support of commercial objectives. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across local, regional, and global teams. * High degree of professionalism, accountability, sound judgment, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
