Description

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial. 8-10 years of diverse experience in multiple areas of information technology required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus. Experience in common front office trading platforms such as FX All, Refinitiv, FlexTrade, SmartTrade, EBS, Bloomberg, or equivalent proprietary trading technology. Understanding of RFQ OTC product offering workflows. FX and or Fixed Income asset class product knowledge and understanding, including, Foreign Exchange Spot, Outrights, NDFs, Forwards, Corporate Bonds, Municipal Bonds, Rates and Rates Derivatives, Mortgages, Commercial Paper, Certificates of Deposit, Futures and Equities. Possess good organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to anticipate any potential issues. High sense of urgency as it pertains to business needs, ability to multitask and work in a high input environment. Experience and participation in Disaster Recovery exercises. Experience in providing support for different technologies and platforms (Windows, Linux, Cloud, Rest Service, Webservice, MQs, Kafka etc ). Experience in Automation improvements (Scripting, DevOps). Good technical knowledge in supporting Java, .Net, Unix Shell script, Datawarehouse based applications. Working knowledge of SQL Databases & basic network configuration.
