Description

Responsibilities

Design and Lead Research Functions: Develop and oversee a best-in-class research function supporting the Partnership’s core activities, divisions, members, and stakeholders, including analytics, special studies, and strategic data initiatives.
Provide Strategic Division Support: Direct research efforts across divisions, including Public Policy legislative agendas, Member Engagement analytics, Economic Development proposals, International Trade missions, and Marketing and Communications media assistance.
Maintain Comprehensive Databases: Supervise the development and maintenance of extensive information resources, including Houston-specific data, publications, and the Partnership’s company and membership databases.
Publish and Present Expert Insights: Oversee the creation of key publications (e.g., Houston Facts, job forecasts), deliver economic and fiscal impact studies, and be a thought leader on regional trends and economics.
Engage with Stakeholders and Leadership: Represent the Partnership in the community, manage divisional staff, and collaborate with members, investors, media, and regional allies to advance economic and strategic goals.
